Maria has been involved with careers, vocational education and SEND for over twenty years. She has worked with students across Birminham, Warwickshire, and now Banbury developing a wide range of educational and employer contacts to suit different abilities and pathway choices. She follows and promotes life-long learning and growth mindset. Maria completed her Level 7 Career Leaders qualification at Warwick University and continues to attend professional development courses that in turn support our students.

 

Maria believes in opening doors and developing opportunities, raising aspirations and giving young people the tools to go out into the world with conidence, ambition, and determination that will enable them to live their best lives

Claire works within NOA as an independent career’s adviser. She is a registered Career Guidance Coach and runs Career Conversations. During the year Claire will have 1:1 ‘meaningful conversations’ to provide impartial careers advice and guidance with year 11 in term 1 and 2, and year 10 students over term 5 and 6. She will also deliver small group sessions which are tailored to meet the specific needs for year 9, 12 and 13.
